Frequently Asked Questions
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day easy return policy — no hassle, no questions. If you're not happy with your lights, simply contact us and we'll make it right.
Does it work without an outlet?
Yes — battery-powered models run on 2x AA batteries, and USB models plug into a power bank, so no outlet needed at the campsite.
Are the lights waterproof?
Rated IP44 splash-proof. Safe for indoor and outdoor use in dry weather — best for tents, patios, and covered areas.
What sizes and colors are available?
Six lengths from 1.5m/10 LEDs to 10m/80 LEDs, in 10 colorways including pastel macaron, warm white, and candy multicolor.
What's included in the box?
Each set comes in premium PVC packaging with the string lights and (for remote models) a remote control. Battery-powered models take 2x AA batteries (not included).
How do I choose the right length?
For a single tent or bedroom, 1.5m-3m works great. For patios, parties or larger spaces, choose 6m-10m. The 10m models offer the most coverage with 80 LEDs.
How long do the batteries last?
Battery-powered models run on 2x AA batteries. Depending on the mode, they can last from several evenings to weeks of regular use. USB and dual-use models give you even more flexibility — just plug into a power bank.
Are they good for camping?
Absolutely — these are designed with campers in mind. Most models feature battery + USB dual power: run on 2x AA batteries for total portability in the wilderness, or plug into a power bank / USB adapter when available. Lightweight and portable, they create a warm, cozy glow inside your tent, RV, or around the campsite — no wall outlet needed.
